"I love my backpack. I bought it to replace a black one that I used for over 2 years as a work bag. It holds my laptop, lunch and snacks, and a few personal items. My only two complaints/feedback is that I wished the cup holders on the side had more stretch to hold slightly bigger cups and the strap for my shoulder always loosens on its own when I take off and put on the bag. I wish when I tightened the straps that it would stay. However these aren’t deal breakers for me."

My only problem with it is I feel like the main compartments are a bit tight on space. Overall, the backpack is comfortable, sturdy, and well-made."
