"Bought this backpack as I have a 17 inch computer. Computer fits in the backpack but is tight. I wish it was a little bigger to better protect the computer and had a little more capacity. The backpack is well built and performs its function."

"I need a backpack that will protect my MSI Raider 18 HX laptop. The specs for the Swissgear 8173 state a laptop compartment size more than adequate for this laptop. It turns out to be a very tight fit AND there is absolutely NO padding on this backpack. I would never trust this backpack to protect my laptop properly. I've placed THREE customer service requests prior to purchasing and trying this backpack. I stated the actual specs of my laptop in the support request. I explained that I was looking for a backpack that was properly padded to protect the laptop. I NEVER heard back from them. I went ahead and purchased two of these backpacks (8173) but am VERY disappointed in the low level of protection they have for the laptop. I've had Swissgear in the past and have very pleased with the protection their backpacks offered laptop users in the past. . . . . but not anymore."

"Never received twice thought it was a delay ordered another one because I needed it as a gift and was to take care of it after the holidays. Now I'm really upset. I never got either one of these knapsacks. Very frustrating"
HOT TRASH DO NOT BUY 💩
"Hard case came crushed in. Tried to reshape it but it keeps caving back in. TWO pulls broke in the first week. Back part bows in and out sometimes not laying flat on your back. I had already removed the tags so Swiss gear refuses to issue an exchange. Customer service was rude abrupt and unhelpful. I would likely not buy another Swiss gear over this issue. For the price SwissGear charges the quality ain't it any more."
