"The handle is made of thinner metal and not as sturdy as my other Swiss-gears. It also doesn’t come with luggage feet on the side ( I thought that feature is given on luggages so did not check on it) so the luggage will sit directly on the dirty floor if you rest it on the side. Although I like the lock I am still disappointed."

"Though the bag looks nice, I have a main complaint regarding the number lock which is inverted upside down. I think this is a defect. Also, the bag come with only upper handle and no side handle which is very inconvenient."
