"I'm having issues with this item. There are two zippers that are stuck and I'm having issues with getting it replaced or upgraded to something else because the tags are off. How would I know the zippers don't work unless the tags are off and I'm using the product. I'm not happy right now with the back pack and your support."

"If you’re looking for a simple, light, bare bones, low volume bag just to carry the essentials to the office… this bag is perfect. I was tired of juggling multiple compartments and more space than I needed, so I was quite happy to find this bag. And because it is so minimal and holds the weight against my back better, it feels so light and easy to carry even with my laptop in it. I’ve used Swissgear bags for about 20 years now, and they’ve all held up amazingly well. I’ve only ever changed to new bags as my needs changed rather than any wear to the bag. I expect this one will hold up just as well."
