Quality matters much whenever in transit
"I've been a longtime fan of Swiss Gear's (Tech's) 29"H Navigation model (currently retired) for much more than a decade of multiply repetitive and frequent international & domestic flights. There have been no innate issues, with the occasional surprising issue of airport handlers hard landing my near packed to capacity overweight bag upon but one caster, subsequently driving it up into the shell, necessitating replacement. Now that the Navigation model is no longer available, I'm in need of a second augmentary bag for my heavy winter gear. The Ridge model appears familiar and similarly featured to my preferred Navigation model, still in service."
